What we collect on this website

The website has no server-side forms: the registration form only prepares an email in your own email app. We receive what you send – company name, name, phone, email, the package you are interested in and your message.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, call you and prepare an offer. Legal basis – your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Visit counting

The website uses no cookies, no browser storage and no third-party trackers. We only count visits anonymously: which page was opened, which website you came from and campaign tags (utm). We do not store IP addresses, the full browser description or the full address of the previous page; unique visitors are counted with a daily code that is deleted the next day.

Who else sees the data

The website and email are hosted by Hostinger (a service provider processing data on Santaka's behalf). We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries – as long as needed to reply and prepare an offer; if no contract follows – no longer than 12 months. Visit data is kept only as aggregate numbers.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or withdraw consent – write to info@santaka.co.uk. You can also complain to a supervisory authority (in the UK – the ICO; in Lithuania – the State Data Protection Inspectorate).
