What's included

  1. Domain purchase and connection, server setup (SSL, backups) – year-one fees included.
  2. Up to 10 mailboxes (e.g. info@, invoices@, name@) with spam protection.
  3. A website of up to 10 pages, LT + EN.
  4. Up to 4 social networks and a Google Business Profile.
  5. Content: website texts in LT + EN, profile descriptions, 8 first posts.
  6. Shared folder structure, access rules, two-step verification for all staff.
  7. AI assistant (email) – see below.
  8. Staff training (up to 2 h, remote).
  9. Hardware – a Raspberry Pi in your name (setup €300) so the assistant runs around the clock.

AI assistant (email)

  1. Watches the mailboxes you choose (e.g. info@, invoices@, the director's).
  2. Sorts mail: important / reply / invoices / FYI / spam – by your rules (up to 15).
  3. Every morning – a summary on your phone: what came in and what is waiting for a reply.
  4. Drafts replies – nothing is sent until you approve it (a button on your phone).
  5. Files attachments (invoices, contracts) into folders by your rules.
  6. Flags urgent mail (deadlines, complaints, “urgent”) straight away.
  7. An action log and a STOP button.

Watches up to 3 mailboxes. The first 2 weeks run in watch-only mode (summaries only, no drafts), then full mode.

What we'll need from you

  • Email access (an app password or permission), a list of rules and who approves replies.
  • Before the assistant is switched on – a data processing agreement (DPA), since it reads email.
  • Company details, logo, photos and information about your business.

Not included

  • Email service licences (e.g. Google Workspace per user) and AI usage – in your name.
  • The device itself (Raspberry Pi ~€100–150) – bought in your name.
  • Ad budgets and ongoing content.

Monthly: server care €30 + AI assistant care €60 = €90/month; hardware care €30/month; content – per the “Monthly care and content” levels.
