What's included
- Everything in Business.
- The AI assistant watches up to 5 mailboxes (instead of 3).
- Calendar and deadlines: dates from emails and documents go into the calendar after your approval, with reminders.
- Invoices, acts, accountant: an invoice register and templates, payment reminders, tracking what has gone to the accountant.
- Control panel on your phone: tasks, approvals with one tap, STOP, a daily summary.
- Document filing: incoming files are sorted, renamed and archived.
- Training – up to 3 h in total.
- Hardware in your name: a Raspberry Pi (setup €300) or a Mac mini for heavier AI work (setup €400).
How we switch it on
- Automations are switched on one at a time – each runs in watch-only mode for its first week.
- Every action is logged; one STOP stops everything.
- Emails are sent, calendar entries made and invoices passed on only after you approve.
What we'll need from you
- Email and calendar access, the rules and who approves actions.
- A data processing agreement (DPA) before the automations are switched on.
- Your accountant's contacts and invoice templates (if you have them).
Not included
- Email licences and AI usage – in your name.
- The device itself (Raspberry Pi ~€100–150, Mac mini ~€700+) – bought in your name.
- Ad budgets and ongoing content.
